Project Info
Thanks to the internet and the emergence of open-source networks and forums, the increase of information at our disposal has paved the way for garage-biology and do-it-yourself appliances. FunLab! looks to such future learning procedures, promoting a new conscience of production by redefining
the way objects are made.
Providing the necessary tools for growth / production, it allows a personalised approach to making, cultivating genetically modified bacteria in petri molds. Using this biological process to produce a tangible object, FunLab! is a concept video which draws attention to how we use and dispose of things.
